About the Role

Hatch Asia has been retained as the preferred talent partner to assist a global organization in the adhesive manufacturing industry. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join the team in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Establish, nurture, and retain customer relationships in Malaysia and Singapore to meet sales and financial targets.
  • Implement market and sales strategies tailored for these locations within the Industrial Trade & Converting sector.
  • Develop sales plans based on the Annual Business Plan (ABP), including customer-specific strategies for market expansion, in coordination with your supervisor.
  • Oversee sales activities, focusing on customer management, distribution sales, and market expansion, including developing business plans for key customers and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain records of activities and projects, prepare monthly reports, and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for tracking progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong data analytics and project management skills.
