• Maintenir les relations avec les clients clés et développer des opportunités commerciales.
• Répondre aux e-mails de manière rapide et professionnelle.
• Assister les opérations de service clientèle pour coordonner les expéditions.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Study/International Business

Job description

- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Study/International Business or have 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking overseas agents).

- Adaptable to perform both indoor and outdoor sales activities.

- Possess own transport (car) and have no issue with travel.

- Eager to learn and capable of working under pressure.

- Able to understand and implement company strategies with innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with Key Account Customers and develop further business opportunities.
• Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Ensure shipping and transportation activities comply with legal requirements.
• Assist Customer Service operations in coordinating air, ocean, and trucking shipments, if needed.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to follow up on sales leads.
• Support global network partners to develop more business opportunities.
• Address customer service issues and complaints efficiently and promptly.
