At BoomGrow, the Business Development Team helps to tell a story of impact, innovation, and strategic partnerships. You will be at the forefront of our growth journey, shaping the narrative through sales, marketing and business development initiatives and forging strategic partnerships that drive our success.
Main Responsibilities
- As a Key Account Executive at BoomGrow, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Consistently exceed targets and performance-based goals.
- Be sales-driven and resourceful in achieving set KPIs.
- Build strategic partnerships with leading hospitality groups, distributors, and retailers, leveraging relationships to expand our network.
- Possess strong skills in objection handling, persuasion, creating urgency, and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual who meets the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B), Sales, or Business Development are highly encouraged to apply—equivalent experience will be considered in place of formal education.
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within the hospitality or sustainability sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong experience in sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement.
- A data-driven mindset – comfortable working with performance metrics and market trends to guide decision-making.
- Proficiency in English is essential for cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in regional languages or dialects is a plus.
- Flexible work schedule – understanding that opportunities don’t always follow a 9-to-5 routine.
- Creative thinker who challenges the norm and brings fresh perspectives.
- Based in Johor (preferred) and willing to travel to Singapore as needed.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a car.
