About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Key Account Executive based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The department is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities, and ensuring fast, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  2. Monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  3. Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure consistent growth for the client’s business.
  4. Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards.
  5. Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market.
Collaboration

Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders, providing feedback and industry trend insights. Act as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs. Collaborate with internal support functions to ensure quality standards are met and projects are delivered timely.

What You Need To Be Successful

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a client management role, with proven B2B sales experience preferred, especially in F&B, media, advertising, FMCG, or e-commerce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, data analysis capabilities, adaptability, problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of Salesforce are advantageous. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
