We are looking for a Key Account Executive position to be based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The department is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities, and ensuring fast, sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure consistent growth for the client’s business.
- Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders; provide feedback and identify industry trends.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
- Work with internal support functions to ensure deal quality on the platform.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate client need fulfillment through internal departments.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a client management role (preferable).
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within F&B, media, advertising, FMCG, or e-commerce.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze large data sets.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
