We are looking for a Key Account Executive position to be based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The department is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities, and ensuring fast, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  2. Monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  3. Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure consistent growth for the client’s business.
  4. Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards.
  5. Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders; provide feedback and identify industry trends.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
  8. Work with internal support functions to ensure deal quality on the platform.
  9. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  10. Facilitate client need fulfillment through internal departments.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a client management role (preferable).
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within F&B, media, advertising, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
