A leading recruitment agency in Puchong is seeking a Key Account Executive to serve as the primary contact for major clients. The role demands strong communication and PR skills to foster relationships and manage accounts effectively. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree and a proactive approach to sales and client management.
Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and principal partners.
Establish solid client relationships and enhance client engagement.
Discuss with management to develop sales planning and execution plans.
Progressively discuss all opportunities with management and register deals in principal partners' portals.
Consistently update deals internally and ensure client data accuracy.
Manage a set of assigned client accounts, consistently identifying and developing sustainable business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (presales, product, marketing, solutions, principal channel team, network, etc.) and manage partners for sales and marketing activities.
Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication, PR, strategic, execution, and charismatic skills.
Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
