Qualifications

  • 2-3 ans d'expérience en gestion de compte clé, de préférence dans le secteur pharmaceutique, FMCG ou soins de la peau.
  • Connaissance solide des pharmacies de chaîne et locales.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer et développer les affaires dans le canal pharmacie.
  • Construire des relations stratégiques à long terme avec les partenaires.
  • Exécuter des activités promotionnelles et programmes de marketing.

Join a growing team passionate about dermatology! They are a leading pharmaceutical company specialising in advanced skincare solutions backed by science. As they expand their footprint across the region, they are looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Key Account Executive to champion their pharmacy partnerships and help take their brand to the next level!

Your new role

    Manage and grow business within the pharmacy channel, including chain pharmacies and key local accounts
    Build long-term, strategic relationships with partners to achieve sustainable growth
    Execute promotional activities and marketing programs at the store level
    Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities
    Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and medical teams to align execution

What you'll need to succeed

    Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field
    At least 2–3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG or skincare industry
    Strong network and working knowledge of chain and local chain pharmacies
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    Goal-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities
