Job Summary:
MasterPay Global Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. This role involves identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities within key accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute account plans tailored to clients' needs and business goals.
• Problem-Solving & Support: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver customized solutions.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and business development initiatives.
Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose strategic solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Experience in the financial services or payment solutions industry is a plus.
Language Requirement:English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin speakers to effectively engage with a diverse client base.

➢ Work Arrangement: This is an on-site position.
➢ Work Location: Menara Exchange 106, TRX (Tun Razak Exchange), Kuala Lumpur.
➢ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
