This is a full-time remote role based in Malaysia, working from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM HKT (Monday to Friday). You will support our flagship Portugal Golden Visa Fund and other cross border investment products, coordinating between clients, legal teams in Lisbon, and the China based customer service team.
• Manage high-net-worth client relationships across the investment lifecycle
• Collaborate with Lisbon-based legal and China-based service teams
• Oversee multilingual documentation including proposals, compliance files, and investment reports
• Ensure localization and compliance of English materials
• Coordinate project execution across internal and external teams
• Monitor project progress, proactively address client needs and risks
• Experience in key account management, documentation, or investment services
• Background in cross-border investment, international education, or migration services preferred
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Portuguese is a plus
• Detail-oriented and familiar with international compliance documentation
• Strong communication and email skills with legal and financial teams
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, or related fields
