About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Key Account Executive based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This department focuses on identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure consistent growth for clients.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, providing feedback and industry trend insights.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
  • Work with support functions to ensure deals meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate client needs with internal departments.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a client management role is preferable.
  • Proven B2B sales experience is an advantage, especially in F&B, media, advertising, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
