Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our growing team in the e-learning and training sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Government sales, particularly in EdTech, SaaS, or training services. This role involves identifying prospects, building relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering customized digital learning solutions to clients across industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  2. Present and promote e-learning products and training solutions to potential clients (mainly to government bodies, education and GLC).
  3. Understand client needs and recommend tailored learning solutions.
  4. Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  8. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  9. Understands the end-to-end government e-Perolehan procurement process to support sales activities, including tender participation, compliance requirements, and submission procedures.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing/ Human Resources/Education / Psychology and related field

  1. Academy/Training related experience in training and development, sales and marketing
