Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Preschool Branch Principal to lead our team at Happy Reader Preschool. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively while maintaining high standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kindergarten, ensuring smooth functioning and delivery of quality teaching.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and schedules to maintain a high standard of service.

Staff Leadership and Development

Manage, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff to ensure professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct regular team meetings and workshop sessions to promote collaboration and enhance staff performance.

Curriculum and Educational Excellence

Monitor and guide the implementation of the kindergarten curriculum, ensuring alignment with developmental standards and goals.

Foster a creative and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and growth.

Parent Engagement

Build strong relationships with parents, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Organize and participate in events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings to strengthen the school-community connection.

Administrative and Financial Oversight

Manage budgets, resources, and supplies efficiently to ensure operational sustainability.

Oversee staff performance and lead the team for teaching and learning excellence.

Student Support

Foster a supportive learning environment for students.

Qualifications and Requirements

A diploma/bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or education-related field.

Experienced in early childhood teaching.

Able to accept managerial and leadership roles.

Strong understanding of early childhood education practices and daily operations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin
