Job description

This job is for a Customer Service Executive who speaks Mandarin. You might like this job because you’ll help customers by answering their questions and solving problems anytime, ensuring they have a great experience with our service!

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries, orders, and feedback via platform channels (calls, chats, tickets)
  • Provide timely support for users during day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining quality service levels across a 24/7 platform
Job Requirements
Who We're Looking For
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to serve Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Able to read and understand Traditional Chinese (not mandatory)
  • Flexible to work on rotating shifts (morning, evening, night — weekly/monthly rotation)
