Job description

Ksisters is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on E-commerce Channel Manager to take full ownership of our growing digital commerce business in Malaysia. This role will lead the operations and growth of Ksisters’ key online channels (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop), including both our in-house brand portfolio and external brand partners like AMUSE.

You will work closely with brand HQs, the marketing/design team, and external platforms to maximize conversion, traffic, and digital visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. www.ksisters.co (Shopify)
  • Full-store management (listing)
  • Daily operations of Ksisters Malaysia website (Shopify-based)
  • Campaign and product launch setup (banners, GWP, vouchers)
  • Inventory sync + promotion calendar execution
  • Analytics & AOV improvement (bundles, cross-sell, bounce rate)
2. Ksisters Shopee (MY)
  • Full-store management (listing, campaign joining, seller ratings)
  • Work with KOL team to push affiliate traffic + reviews
  • Monitor daily performance, competitor pricing, and optimize PDPs
  • Proficient in creating, managing, and optimizing performance-driven advertising on Shopee, including Keyword Ads, CPAS, and other platform-specific tools.
  • Acts as the key liaison to Shopee's Key Account Manager (KAM) to strengthen partnership and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Adept at interpreting campaign data and performance insights provided by Shopee to make data-driven optimizations.
3. Ksisters TikTok Shop (MY)
  • Set up and manage catalog, campaign tools, and shoppable videos
  • Coordinate with TikTok creator team + Live schedule
  • Analyze ROAS of paid campaigns & voucher-based conversion
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning, launching, and managing TikTok ad formats, including LSA, VSA, PSA, Spark Ads to support affiliate marketing campaigns and other advertising that drives performance.
  • Responsible for maintaining a strong and collaborative relationship with TikTok's Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure up-to-date best practices and strategic support.
4. Brand Partners' TikTok & Shopee Channels
  • Operate Shopee/TikTok Shop on behalf of key brands (e.g., AMUSE)
  • Align with brand HQ on messaging, product highlights, campaign goals
  • Track weekly brand KPIs and report performance to both Ksisters & brand partners
Minimum Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably in beauty or FMCG)
  • Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop backend tools
  • Strong in data analysis (conversion, CTR, ROAS, AOV) and performance optimization
  • Excellent in execution — you move fast and fix things
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with Korean HQ brands and English-speaking teams
