Job description

We’re looking for a passionate Junior trainer & Fresh graduate who’s confident with Microsoft Office and eager to grow into a professional trainer role. You’ll get hands-on training, mentoring, and the chance to develop your skills while helping others learn.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on training of Microsoft Office related courses to our customers.
  • Research training contents, methods, and develop relevant training programs for the organizations.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed.
  • Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for respective organization trainees.
  • Monitor the training processes through the feedback from trainees and analyze training effectiveness to adopt different delivery methods, such as visual, activity, facilitator, etc.
  • Maintain database of all training materials & create an effective training environment.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field is typically required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and interact with participants.
  • Training Skills: Ability to deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners, or willingness to learn and develop the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with online training platforms such as Teams or Zoom is an advantage.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Any prior experience in training, teaching, or related roles will be an added advantage.
Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will present a 5-minute topic as part of the interview assessment.
