Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Facility Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, respond to day-to-day issues, and ensure uninterrupted site operations.

You will supervise contractors, coordinate with other departments, and uphold health, safety, and client standards while staying on shift schedules and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' experience working as facility technician.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections to meet client standards.
• Respond to maintenance requests from departments.
• Initiate work order requests to address defects.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance per plan.
• Supervise third-party contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments for required work and proper equipment operation.
• Maintain proper use and storage of tools and spare parts.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
