Job description

As a Junior Technician at MyEzy AutoGlass, you will assist in providing automotive glass services to our customers. This entry-level position is ideal for those seeking to gain hands-on experience in the auto glass industry and develop technical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the replacement and repair of car windscreens and other automotive glass components.
2. Support car glass polishing and ensure all work areas are clean and safe.
3. Assist with car seat cleaning and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in good condition.
4. Participate in RFID tag installation for customer vehicles.
5. Assist in tinted film installation under supervision.
6. Carry out initial vehicle inspections and help identify cracks, scratches, or other glass issues.
7. Comply with all safety procedures and company SOPs.
8. Record job details and report work completion to supervisors.
9. Provide basic customer service, answering simple questions and referring complex issues to senior staff.
10. Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
11. Willing to learn and attend training sessions as required.
