Job description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the social media accounts of clients.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
Design graphics, infographics, and other visual content to support social media campaigns.
Utilize AI tools to enhance and create content efficiently.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and editing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or graphic design is a plus.
