We are a general building contractor, expert in factory, bungalow and refurbishment projects in Klang Valley. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join us as Site Supervisor, with prospects to promote to Head of Site for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

1. Follow tasks (effectively) given and manage site logistics (resources) and work activities (efficiency) at site.
2. Hands-on monitoring and supervision of the entire construction works at site and updating work activities.
3. Coordinate and liaise with sub‑contractors, suppliers and workers.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
• Min 2 years of working experience in construction.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Able to work independently with good working attitude.
• Willing to learn, contribute or work for long hours prior to project deliverables.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
