Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced legal associate to join our legal team. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of property transactions, including preparing legal documents, advising clients, conducting due diligence, and liaising with relevant authorities to ensure smooth and compliant real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all legal aspects of conveyancing for residential and commercial property transactions
• Draft, review, and advise on Sale & Purchase Agreements, tenancy agreements, and other related legal documents
• Conduct property searches, due diligence, and verification of land titles
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, developers, and government bodies (e.g., Land Office, Stamp Office)
• Ensure timely completion and registration of transactions
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding property law, ownership rights, and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university
• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing (or appropriate license depending on jurisdiction)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing law (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of local property laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple transactions and work independently under tight deadlines
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
