Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years experience for Junior position, 5 years for Senior.

Job description

• Responsible to propose and conceptualize the interior design work for commercial and residential projects.
• To produce working drawings in AutoCAD and 3D rendering for production.
• Handle the project from design concept to completion.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, creative and positive attitude personalities.
• To monitor and supervise progress at the project site and ensure that project is completed within the stipulated time.
• To guide junior & to assist creative director and project manager progressively.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design.
• Required language(s): Mandarin & English
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience for Junior position, minimum 5 years of experience for Senior position.
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, 3D max/vray, Photoshop, MS Office, MS Powerpoint
• Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
• Experience in managerial role is added advantage for Senior position
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Junior position
