Job Responsibilities
- Perform a full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, staff claims, performance appraisal, letter preparation, attendance and record management, compensation, reporting and analysis, employee relations, etc.
- Manage recruitment processes such as advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, coordination, and reference checks.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, events, and programs.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in Mandarin is especially important for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
