About Us

We’re looking for a Junior/Senior Back-End Developer to join our core engineering team to help us architect and implement features and systems, debug difficult problems, and tackle new and even bigger challenges. The Java Engineer will work in an agile environment with developers, product managers, and business leaders to continuously improve programs for speed and usability, solving complex issues as they arise. In addition to technical prowess, the ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable back-end services
• Develop and optimize APIs, micro-services, and integrations across platforms
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams
• Co-lead backend architecture decisions and contribute to codebase evolution
• Ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of the server-side logic
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated with emerging back-end technologies and frameworks

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in English language (writing and verbal)
• 5+ years of experience in back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and server-side logic
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and mentor team members

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in financial data or enterprise SaaS environments
• Familiarity and exposure to DevOps or full-stack development

Education & Experience Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering /Information Technology equivalent.
• At least 2 - 5 years of working experience as Back End Developer
• Good knowledge of Spring framework, web service, PostgreSQL
