Job description

Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin—verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Possess own transport and D license.

Responsibilities

  1. Calendar Management: Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues, catering, and equipment as needed.
  3. Travel Arrangement: Coordinate travel arrangements for the Managing Director, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Handle and arrange business travel documentation such as passport renewal, visa applications, etc.
  4. Others: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate superior.
