We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and dependable Junior Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our Executive Vice President (EVP). This junior-level role is ideal for an individual keen to develop their career in executive support while working closely with an energetic and fast-moving leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Analysis: Support the EVP with strategic initiatives, including conducting market research. Prepare in-depth reports and presentations that offer data-driven insights. Assist in creating meeting materials aligned with strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing for project delivery.
  2. Travel and Event Coordination: Accompany the EVP on international trips, managing travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  3. Administrative Support: Manage the EVP’s calendar, organize documents, coordinate meetings, and handle communications with confidentiality.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact point for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring follow-up on deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Willing to travel within and outside Malaysia with a valid passport.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin for effective communication.

Work Location: Bukit Jalil (near Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
