Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Junior SEO Executive to support the planning and execution of SEO activities across a portfolio of websites. Working under the guidance of the SEO Manager, you will assist with on-page optimization, keyword research, and performance tracking, while building your technical SEO skillset. This role is ideal for someone early in their SEO career who is eager to learn and grow into a more strategic position.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of SEO strategies across the website portfolio, under guidance from the SEO Manager.

Assist with keyword research, meta tag optimization, header structure, and on-page content optimization.

Write and edit SEO-friendly content/copy for web pages, blogs, and other digital assets, wisely using AI to support content creation.

Help monitor website indexing status and track organic traffic/keyword ranking performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Keep up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices, and assist in competitor analysis to identify content and optimization opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience welcome), with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the SEO function.

Basic understanding of on-page SEO principles (keyword research, meta tags, header structure, content optimization); basic familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong content writing/copywriting skills — able to produce clear, engaging, SEO-friendly copy.

Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to support research, content drafting, and day-to-day productivity.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console (or willingness to learn quickly), with genuine interest in staying current on SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Good communication skills, a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, and comfort working with data/spreadsheets.

Nice to Have

Technical SEO experience (site speed optimization, structured data, crawling and indexing fixes).
