A dynamic payment solutions company is looking for a Sales Executive to drive merchant engagement and manage the sales process. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and strong interpersonal skills, offering opportunities for career advancement in a supportive work environment.
Monthly commission (RM500 – RM700 based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential Mandarin-speaking merchants and relevant market segments for Ahapay's payment solutions
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to successful deal closure
Conduct professional product presentations and guide clients through the onboarding process
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Liaise with internal teams to address client requirements and support continuous improvement of products and services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and contribute market insights to support business strategy
Must be able to speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
