Junior Sales Executive (5 days / Ayer Keroh)

• Support the achievement of team new business targets.
• Assist in representing and promoting the Company to attract new customers.
• Help maintain and uphold the Company’s image in all interactions.
• Identify potential markets to support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate order-taking, provide price quotations, and liaise with customers on pre-production needs.
• Track and follow up on production and delivery schedules to meet customer specifications.
• Conduct daily sales activities with integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Assist in assessing new customer creditworthiness and ensure adherence to credit guidelines.
• Support in handling customer complaints and verifying product quality issues.
• Monitor customer payments and assist with collection activities to ensure timely payments.
• Report any outstanding payments or credit risks to minimize bad debts.
• Inform the Management Team of any competitor activities or market trends.
• Promote positive customer service and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with the corrugated carton industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Prefer candidates who are able to speak Mandarin, as they will need to communicate with mandarin speaking principle.
• This position offers a base salary along with car allowance, telephone allowance, and sales incentive (subject to performance).
• Must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
