Responsible to achieve the personal new business target set by the Company. Identify potential market for business development and penetration.
Responsible to retain and expand sales to existing customers and develop new business.
Ensure collection of prompt payment (within terms and conditions agreement), and maintain good relationship with customers.
Represent the Company, promote and protect good image and reputation of company.
Order taking, price quotations, liaison with customers on pre-production requirements (i.e. artwork, printing requirements) and providing all necessary information to ensure goods are produced to customers’ specifications and delivered on time.
Credit assessment and recommendation on new customers, ensure its compliance to credit control guidelines.
To acquire market information or feedback, update Management Team on competitors’ activities and market intelligence on regular basis.
Communicate with Customer Service and Production regarding customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints and verification of defective products, work closely with related departments to resolve customer complaints.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by the superior as and when required.
REQUIREMENT:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 4 years working experience in corrugated carton industry, packaging or corporate sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong selling and planning skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, highly independent, initiative and results-oriented
