Job description

We are looking for passionate and responsible sales professionals, someone who is self-starters and takes their success and careers seriously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supports them in the fulfilment and execution of their duties.
  2. Assist in email correspondences, i.e., reply when required depending on urgency/follow up on email content requirements such as product inquiries, etc.
  3. Handle incoming phone call inquiries; refer callers to respective personnel if necessary.
  4. Ensure data accuracy in server/system including product name, serial numbers, and individual selling price.
  5. Provides day-to-day administrative support.
  6. Arrange and organize appointments for both internal and external meetings.
  7. Arrange and coordinate monthly sales meeting requirements, i.e., booking of conference room and its amenities, minutes of meeting, and thereafter distributing minutes of meeting for further actions and follow up.
  8. Flight and hotel booking arrangements.
  9. Arrange and coordinate offsite meetings, conferences, and other events when necessary.
  10. Prepare and compile profile/product presentations and necessary handouts/documents for proposals/tender.
  11. Ensure team members adhere to their tasks/requirements assigned by SSM and SPM.
  12. Monthly sales report and sales update submission.
  13. Keep track of sales targets.
  14. Maintain and update customers’ info and sales records regularly.
  15. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Required skill(s): Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision, able to cope with stress, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
  3. Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in a secretarial or administrative position with knowledge in MS Office (particularly in MS Excel).
  4. Prefer candidates who can speak fluent English and Mandarin as the work requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  5. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess relevant residency.
  6. Must be willing to work at Balakong.
  7. Well-versed in SAP system.
  8. 1 Full-time position available.
