EY Malaysia is seeking a Junior RPA Developer to join our automation team. You will support design, development, testing, and deployment of robotic process automation solutions, working closely with business and technical teams to automate manual processes and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Up to 2 years of working experience in software development, automation, or related technology fields.
Experience delivering technology, automation solutions in a professional environment.
Exposure to AI solutions, API integration, programming languages (e.g. Python) is an advantage.
Strong interest in automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
Willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
Support process analysis and documentation activities for automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain automation workflows using approved RPA tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in existing automations.
Participate in testing activities and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement automation solutions.
