We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our People Team. In this role, you will work closely with different business teams to understand their hiring needs and support the recruitment process with efficiency.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Facilitate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Agency Management

  1. Act as the primary liaison between the company and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  2. Monitor agency performance to ensure service quality meets business expectations.

Contract Management

  1. Oversee contract lifecycle management together with the legal team, including negotiation and execution of agreements with agencies.
  2. Ensure contract compliance and handle any necessary revisions or renewals.

Requirements
