Job summary

ELP Quantity Surveyors Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities, and assemble tender and contract documents for varied projects.

With 2–4 years of experience, you should support interim valuations, final accounts, and assist planning, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with Cost-X or Glodon is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of experience in QS or related field.
• Experience in a consulting firm is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Cost-X or Glodon will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities.
• Prepare tender documents, tender reports and contract documents.
• Evaluate and prepare interim valuations.
• Prepare final accounts.
