• Ability to converse in Mandarin dialects will be an added advantage.

• Taking off-site visits to monitor site progress.
• Assisting superiors in planning tender exercises, including checking tender documents and coordinating with contractors to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Preparing Letters of Award and building contracts.
• Attending weekly project meetings.
• Managing tender and contract administration.
• Performing interim valuation of works in progress for interim payments.
• Handling contractual matters as assigned by superiors.
• Performing duties assigned by management from time to time.
• Maintaining technical liaison and consultancy with other relevant specialists.
