Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage progress claims, conduct measurements, and assist in contract preparations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying with strong communication skills in multiple languages. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 1 year of related working experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese, Mandarin, and Malay.

• Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim.
• Conduct joint measurements to verify work completed by contractors.
• Assist the Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders.

• Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor’s certificate.
• Conduct joint measurements to verify work completed by contractors and sub-contractors.
• Assist the Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders.
• Prepare final accounts of main contract and sub-contracts.
• Implement cost control procedures.
• Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations.
• Check quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be ordered.
• Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
• Ad-hoc assigned by management.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity Survey
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience. Fresh graduate welcome to apply!
• Preferably Manager specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Chinese,Mandarin,Malay language for both spoken and written
