GREENEARTH LANDMARK SDN. BHD. is seeking a Public Relations/Corporate Communications professional to support PR activities, manage relationships with government agencies, communities and media, and coordinate corporate events.
The role involves updating the company website, preparing newsletters and press materials, and assisting as PIC for the Hotline Aduan. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
This role involves supporting public relations and corporate communication activities, maintaining relationships with government agencies, local communities, media, and stakeholders, and coordinating corporate events and community engagement programmes.
Assist in implementing public relations and corporate communication activities
Assist in maintaining positive relationships with government agencies, local communities, media, and other key stakeholders
Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, official ceremonies, community engagement programmes, exhibitions, and company visits
Assist in managing and updating the Company's website content, including news, announcements, project information, photographs, and videos
Coordinate the collection, organisation, and filing of corporate photographs and videos for internal and external communication
Assist in preparing newsletters, corporate publications, press releases, speeches, presentations, and other communication materials
Assist as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the project's Hotline Aduan, including recording and following up on public complaints and enquiries
Support media engagement, branding activities, and corporate communication initiatives
Monitor media coverage and public feedback, and assist in preparing communication and stakeholder engagement reports
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field is preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good organisational, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team
Basic experience or interest in event management, website content management, social media, or corporate communications will be an added advantage
Knowledge of photography, videography, or digital communication tools will be an added advantage
Experience in infrastructure, construction, utilities, or government-related projects is an advantage but not compulsory
