Job description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, possessing sound knowledge and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Scope of Work:

  • Assist the Project Manager/Coordinator in developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Monitor site inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment; handle procurement of project materials.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure smooth cooperation, follow-up, and future opportunities.
  • Manage site control measures including safety, quality, and discipline among workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure proper care and condition of company property, including gondolas, access equipment, materials, and tools.
  • Coordinate advertising efforts such as banners, signage, logos, and uniforms to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, subcontractors, wastage, materials, equipment, petty cash, and claims.
  • Ensure projects adhere to specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors or management.
