Core Responsibilities
- Design & Technical Documentation
- Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites
- Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications
- Using CAD software for drawings with exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and construction details
- Printing CAD drawing schematics for architects, construction managers, and engineers
- Entering CAD data into BIM systems to create 3-D models and renderings
- Preparing drawings, charts, and records using CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques
- Developing and reviewing architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Generating high-quality 3D visualizations for client presentations
- Preparing tender documentation and technical specifications
- Reviewing and coordinating M&E, structural, and other consultants' drawings
Project Management & Coordination
- Assisting in overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects
- Monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion within budget
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing presentation materials for meetings
- Managing schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization
- Tracking resource assignments and identifying challenges proactively
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks with proper documentation
- Creating project debriefs and discussing lessons learned
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Preparing and reviewing project cost estimates and budgets
Site & Construction Support
- Visiting construction sites for measurements and dimension calculations
- Monitoring construction progress through site visits
- Conducting site analysis and feasibility studies
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Preparing site inspection reports
- Collaborating with construction teams to resolve technical issues
- Working with architects and engineers for building compliance
Technical Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Maintaining knowledge of current building codes and regulations
- Ensuring project compliance with standards
- Staying updated on regulatory changes
- Reviewing compliance documentation
- Coordinating with authorities for approvals
- Documenting compliance requirements and approvals
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Managing project meetings and stakeholder relationships
- Liaising with government, suppliers, contractors, and consultants
- Managing material selections and specifications
- Facilitating communication among project parties
Professional Development & Innovation
- Keeping up with new developments in architecture and technology
- Participating in learning activities
- Contributing to innovative project methods
Enhanced Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and project management software
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, materials, sustainability, cost control, and safety standards

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in property development; exceptional fresh graduates considered
- Registration with Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) is an advantage
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Experience with mixed-use projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read/write in Chinese
- Knowledge of property development processes and regulations
- Business acumen, including market trends, financial literacy, and client service skills
