Ansell is looking for a Junior Production Executive (Dipping) to join our team in Seremban !

In this position you will play a vital role in planning, co-ordinate and direct all dipping and after-process activities. This role also requires working closely with Compounding Section on parameter settings and preparation, and ensure chemicals used for dipping line topping up are according to specifications.

What your role will be?

  • To monitor line parameter & setting to meet process specification.
  • To ensure the overall cleanliness and hygiene of production floor, its personnel and the environment compound and machine to meet GMP standard.
  • To review and update regularly all working instruction and procedure to production department and ensure they are effectively understood and applied.
  • To ensure sufficient manpower, raw materials and chemical at all times to avoid production downtime.
  • To provide coaching and support supervisors regarding work or process related issue or difficulties, manpower issue, or parameter changes issue.
  • Responsible to ensure all aspects of safety & health in work areas are complied.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Lower academic qualifications but with 10 years of related experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered.
  • Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated and able to lead a team of supervisors and operators in meeting daily production target.
  • Works independently as well as within a team, with minimal guidance.
  • Resourceful, proactive and result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
