Junior Product Manager (Software)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Product Owner, UI/UX Lead, developers, and QA team, to ensure the successful development and enhancement of our cross-platform app. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a high affinity for product development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Management: Gather, consolidate, and prioritize input from various stakeholders to align product vision and goals.
2. User Stories & Documentation: Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories to guide development.
3. Product Ownership Support: Assist the Product Owner and UI/UX Lead in defining and refining product requirements.
4. Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the UI/UX Lead and coordinate with developers and the QA team to ensure seamless product development.
5. Project Management: Utilize ClickUp or other project management tools to track progress, enforce processes, and maintain documentation.
6. Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
7. QA Management: Work with QA Lead to manage a team of QA testers, and ensure product quality before release.
8. Process Management: Ideate and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize product development cycles.
9. Communication & Alignment: Foster strong relationships with the development team, product owners, and testing team to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.

Requirements

1. Experience: Relevant experience in tech product development.
2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with product management software, particularly Jira and ClickUp (or willingness to learn).
3. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (essential).
5. Product Affinity: Passionate about deep diving into product, in particular complex, content-based applications.
6. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret customer feedback and apply insights to enhance product decisions.
7. Team Management: Experience managing QA testers and ensuring smooth QA processes.
8. Process Improvement: Ability to ideate and enforce workflows to improve efficiency.
