You will draft briefs, maintain timelines, and gather client feedback while coordinating with Creative, Motion and vendors. This is a learning seat with room to grow into production decision-making.

Role requires strong written English and Bahasa Malaysia, teamwork, and willingness to travel for shoots and events. Full training provided on halal, permits, and releases.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 1 year of experience in production, events, agency account support or a related field. Internships and student productions count.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• T3 portfolio exposure (projects of RM100k to RM250k) or none yet; this is a learning seat.
• Clear, polite written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to take accurate notes in a fast meeting.
• Comfortable with Teamwork for tasks and bookings, the C27 PPM deck template, spreadsheets and shared drives. Tidy with files and naming.
• Basic awareness of halal requirements for F&B shoots and of how permits and talent releases work in Malaysia. Full training given.
• Able to travel for shoots and events, including to other states and on weekends, and to work shoot-day hours. A valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Asks when unsure. Escalates early rather than late.

Responsibilities

• Keep the SOT sheet current the same day for every CCD and Brand job: status, owner, next date, open cost.
• Draft minutes of every client call, WIP and production call within 12 hours and send to SAM to review within 24 hours.
• Keep each job’s timeline in Teamwork current and flag risks with proposed fixes.
• Gather client feedback threads into one document for SAM to consolidate.
