Position summary:
As a Procurement Controller, you will be part of the Procurement Controlling team contributing to sustainable procurement and operational excellence.
You will focus on maintaining and supporting critical tools, ensuring compliance, and managing ESG-related projects with a focus on Source-to-Pay processes.

A day in the life of Junior Procurement Controller:
- Maintain and support Financial and Controlling (F&C) Power BI dashboards, ensuring accurate data visualization and reporting for procurement metrics.
- Update and troubleshoot Power BI reports to reflect real-time ESG and procurement data.
- Monitor and maintain ESG project health in ServiceNow, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure project data is up-to-date and aligned with organizational ESG goals.
- Investigate and resolve Source-to-Pay issues, including purchase orders (PO), invoices, and goods receipt (GR) postings.
- Identify and address mismatches in procurement transactions to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ESG-related procurement projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Review and verify procurement-related documents in the system to ensure compliance with internal policies and ESG standards.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee invoice postings and GR processes, identifying discrepancies and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to procurement.
What makes you successful:
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- First proven experience in procurement, controlling, or ESG-related roles.
- Familiarity with Excel and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of ESG principles and their application in procurement.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in procurement processes.
