Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering fundamentals are required.
• Knowledge of mechanical design methods and processes.
• MCAD systems knowledge is required.
• SMT placement equipment knowledge is required.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Tooling design and fabrication knowledge.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to communicate with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze schematics and circuit descriptions.
• Troubleshoot and repair failed products.
• Replace faulty components.
• Set up and operate test sets and equipment.
• Prove tests and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot test equipment/fixtures.
• Perform maintenance on assembly equipment.
• Provide data setup support for PCBs and assemblies.
• Maintain records for technical data and inventory.
• Schedule preventative maintenance.
• Track spare parts usage.
