• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in solar operations and maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, or similar field-based role.
• Vendor/site supervision experience coordinating with external contractors and enforcing site safety standards.

• Supervise the on-site panel cleaning team, conduct preventive inspections, and identify or repair minor faults.

• Enforce PPE compliance on-site and respond to basic customer inquiries about outages or performance.
• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors with attention to detail and teamwork.

Accountabilities & Success

• System Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor daily alarms, analyze software trends for Low Peak Performance (LPP), and perform basic inverter troubleshooting.

• Maintenance Execution: Supervise the panel cleaning team on-site, conduct preventive inspections, and identify or repair minor electrical faults (e.g., fuses).

• Reporting & Coordination: Generate post-service O&M reports, assist engineers during complex repairs, and coordinate with Supply Chain for parts.

• Safety & Client Support: Enforce strict PPE compliance on-site and assist in answering basic customer inquiries regarding outages or performance.

• Adhoc Tasks: Ensure all ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors are completed efficiently and with attention to detail, supporting overall team performance.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Clean Technology, or a relevant technical discipline.

• Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in solar operations and maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, or a similar field-based technical role.

• Vendor/Site Supervision: Proven experience coordinating with external contractors or vendors (such as cleaning crews) and enforcing site safety standards.

Core Technical Skills

• System Diagnostics: Proficiency in using operational software platforms to monitor Low Peak Performance (LPP), analyze fault detection algorithms, and read inverter error logs.

• Electrical Troubleshooting: Hands-on capability to identify and repair minor mechanical and electrical faults, including replacing fuses, inspecting DC strings, and power cycling inverters.

• Safety & Compliance: Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, with strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols during on-site tasks.
