Job summary

Pandotive Design & Marketing Sdn Bhd in Kajang, Selangor invites a fresh, on-site New Entry/Junior Creative Multimedia/Graphic Designer to bridge static design and motion graphics. You’ll generate AI images and videos to strengthen our brand across digital and print channels.

Applicants should hold a Diploma/ Degree in Multimedia or Graphic Design, and a portfolio link is mandatory. Intern/new grads are highly encouraged to apply; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is expected, with CapCut and

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in multimedia design, graphic design, creative media, or related field.
Intern/New Entry/Fresh/Junior graduates encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut). AI generate images/videos a plus.
Strong eye for layout, typography, video pacing, and modern social media trends.
Portfolio submission required: applications without a design/video portfolio link will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities

Static Branding: design daily social media graphics, digital banners, and branding assets per guidelines.
Print Layout: create localized print materials (flyers, brochures, packaging, event backdrops).
Short Video Editing: cut and optimize high-engagement short-form videos for social platforms.
Motion Graphics: create basic 2D animations, animated typography, and transitions to elevate content.
