Job summary

Pandotive Design & Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a creative New Entry / Fresh / Junior Creative Multimedia / Graphic Designer to join on-site. The role bridges static design and motion graphics, with AI-generated images and videos to build a strong brand across digital and print channels.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma or Degree in Multimedia/Graphic Design, and fresh graduates are strongly encouraged. A portfolio link is required for review.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or related field.
• Intern/New Entry/Fresh/Junior graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Capcut) AI Generate image & video is a plus.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, video pacing, and modern social media trends.
• Portfolio Submission Required: Applications with no portfolio link will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Static Branding: Design daily social media graphics, digital banners, and branding assets.
• Print Layout: Handle localized print material designs (flyers, brochures, packaging).
• Short Video Editing: Create engaging short-form videos for social media.
• Motion Graphics: Produce basic 2D animations and transitions to elevate content.
