Job Description

• Design, develop, modify, build, and test manufacturing plant machinery, infrastructure, and tooling to ensure effective operation, maximize efficiency, and maintain safety.
• Participate in production machine tool and plant facilities performance monitoring by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance and improvement actions.
• Collaborate with plant technicians, the Quality and HSE committees, and facilities specialists on improvement programs to comply with company policies, objectives, external audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the management system of critical facilities and machinery spare parts by tracking and controlling inventory costs without compromising machine downtime.
• Work with other department engineers as part of a continual improvement team related to the facilities department to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and minimize costs.
• Assist the facilities engineer in supervising technician teams or coordinating with contractors for urgent work arrangements under exceptional circumstances.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
