Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in achieving the main KPIs of the Maintenance Department: Equipment Uptime and Cost.
• Manage maintenance work orders in CMMS, created by Operation and Maintenance teams.
• Manage inventories through routine stock inspections and updating the CMMS system. Participate in purchasing parts.
• Create and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) plans in CMMS based on downtime trends, and execute PM work orders accordingly.
• Participate in equipment performance meetings and improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance, preferably in a glove manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, if required.
• Willing to work in Ipoh.
