Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah invites a law graduate to assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing company contracts and legal documents. You will support disputes, claims, litigation, arbitration, and employment matters while ensuring compliance and risk management.

The role requires a law degree, strong drafting and research skills, and proficiency in BM, English, and Mandarin. On-site work and travel may be needed. Internship experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in law or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian contract, corporate, employment, and construction law.
• Good legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.
• Internship or working experience in a law firm or legal department is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.

Responsibilities

About you

Good legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills

Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.

Internship or working experience in a law firm or legal department is an advantage

Basic knowledge of legal compliance, risk management, and contract review

Exposure to litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, or construction contracts is an added advantage

CLP or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage

Willing to work on-site and travel when required
