We seek a Junior Legal Counsel to join our company’s Legal Department. The ideal candidate will play a major role in ensuring contractual compliance and legal alignment within the rapidly evolving landscape of the financial industry, including cryptocurrency, digital assets, investment funds, FinTechs, and payment institutions. The candidate should demonstrate a keen interest in emerging technologies and possess a solid understanding of the legal framework surrounding these industries. Responsibilities

1. Conducting legal research and analysis;

Requirements

1. A completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law (or nearing graduation);

5. Proficiency in legal research tools and databases, including the capability to conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations;
